M&A, Strategy and Business Development Intern
Job Description
As the M&A, Strategy and Business Development Department, we are responsible for supporting the group’s growth and evaluating potential investment opportunities. To support the team in global business development and M&A activities, we are looking for an ambitious intern.
Responsibilities
- Helping the M&A team through market and target research
- Analyze target companies and competitive dynamics
- Support due diligence processes
- Participating in business plan modelling and valuation analysis
- Conducting presentations to team on possible investments
Qualifications
- Pursuing a BS / MS degree in Business / Economics / Finance / Industrial Engineering
- Ability to work at least 3 days a week
- Fluent in English and Turkish
- Good level of computer skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
