Senior Sous Chef- Doha, Qatar
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our award-winning fine dining restaurant in Qatar. This role is ideal for an internationally experienced professional with a passion for excellence and leadership in the kitchen. You will work closely with the Executive Chef to oversee daily operations and deliver a world-class experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations
- Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff
- Oversee menu planning and recipe development
- Monitor food preparation, presentation, and portion control
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock rotation
- Take charge of the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef, Sous Chef, or equivalent leadership role in a fine dining environment
- International culinary background
- Formal culinary qualifications or professional training
- Fluent in English
