Job Description

The HR specialist is responsible to support the General Office Manager with key areas of the function and be responsible for the preparation and delivery of tasks or objectives in line with the wider HR & Development Strategy. This post will have a particular focus on recruitment ensuring the organisation employs the right balance of staff in terms of skills and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Selection process through to the on boarding process
  • HR Administration & Leave Management Process
  • Training & Development across the organisation
  • Preparing payroll inputs and supporting monthly processing
  • Ensuring the implementation & adherence of various policies and procedures
  • Manage transactional elements of HR including reporting and maintaining Employee data
  • Responsible for HR data analysis such as staff turnover and attendance rates
  • Make recommendations regarding improvements to existing policies

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in HRM
  • Min. of 3-5 years in an HR role
  • Experience in the construction industry would be preferred
