Business Development Manager - Manpower Supply
Job Description
Responsible for generating new business and managing client relationships for white-collar recruitment services.
Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new clients for white-collar recruitment services
- Promote manpower supply and recruitment solutions to corporate clients
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service terms
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–7 years of experience in manpower supply / recruitment sales
