Responsible for generating new business and managing client relationships for white-collar recruitment services.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new clients for white-collar recruitment services
  • Promote manpower supply and recruitment solutions to corporate clients
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service terms
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3–7 years of experience in manpower supply / recruitment sales
