Job Description

The Advisor I position interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls or internet to provide customer service support and resolution regarding routine problems.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure service delivered meets contractual KPIs
  • Probe for understanding and use decision-support tools for resolution
  • Build rapport with customers and maintain professional tone
  • Accurately notate accounts and track information in databases

Qualifications

  • High school diploma with 3-6 months relevant experience preferred
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge
  • Ability to rotate shifts as needed
  • Strong customer service orientation
