Job Description
The Advisor I position interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls or internet to provide customer service support and resolution regarding routine problems.
Responsibilities
- Ensure service delivered meets contractual KPIs
- Probe for understanding and use decision-support tools for resolution
- Build rapport with customers and maintain professional tone
- Accurately notate accounts and track information in databases
Qualifications
- High school diploma with 3-6 months relevant experience preferred
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge
- Ability to rotate shifts as needed
- Strong customer service orientation
