Job Description
Manafa is looking for an SME Sales professional in Riyadh. The role holder will drive business growth by building strong relationships with borrowers and delivering tailored short-term lending solutions. You will manage the sales pipeline, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. This role is ideal for candidates with proven sales experience in financial services and a focus on exceeding targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with borrowers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Conduct regular check-ins with borrowers to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
- Drive new business growth by identifying, targeting, and engaging prospective borrowers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, and Risk) to create tailored financing solutions
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and closing deals
- Educate borrowers on the benefits and functionalities of lending solutions
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback
- Maintain accurate records in Manafa CRM systems
- Monitor and evaluate client satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- 1–5 years in sales or relationship management within the FinTech or financial services industry
- Proven experience in short-term lending or a related sector
