Job Description
Thales is seeking a Saudi National for a Support & Maintenance Engineer role in Riyadh. The objective is to provide solution support and maintenance services for various components in the issuance solution, including handling operations, solving customer tickets within SLA times, and performing system health checks and software deployments.
Responsibilities
- Handle Operation, Support and Maintenance of issuance solution components
- Solve tickets and issues reported by the customer
- Respond to incidents with respect to SLA times
- Data collection and reporting
- Perform system health checks
- Validate and deploy new software releases
- Perform preventive maintenance
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer science/engineering or related field
- Saudi Nationals only
