IT Helpdesk Specialist
Job Description
We are looking for an IT Helpdesk Specialist who will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and end-user systems.
Responsibilities
- Providing client support to end-users in a domain environment
- Troubleshooting notebook, PC, and printer faults
- Active Directory structure management
- Setting up and troubleshooting mobile devices
- IT inventory management
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in Information Technology
- Knowledgeable in managing Microsoft systems
- Active driver’s license
- Good level of English proficiency
- Completed military service
