Senior Sales Executive Facilities Management
Job Description
Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing Facilities Management (FM) contracts. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure while maintaining strong client relationships and supporting strategic expansion.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new FM business opportunities
- Manage lead generation, client engagement, and contract closure
- Coordinate with Operations and Finance for proposal viability
- Achieve assigned revenue targets and sales KPIs
- Monitor market trends and competitors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in FM or B2B services sales
