Registered Nurse - Home Healthcare
Job Description
Provide exceptional care to patients in their homes within the Jidhafs, Capital, BH area. This role involves delivering skilled nursing care, patient education, and support to individuals with diverse health needs. You will be instrumental in ensuring continuity of care and improving patient outcomes in a community-based setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient health status
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
- Educate patients and families on disease management and healthy lifestyles
- Document all care provided in electronic health records
Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Bahrain
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Valid Bahraini driver's license
