Manager, Customer Success
Job Description
GoGuardian is seeking a Manager, Customer Success to lead and coach a team of Customer Success Managers. The role focuses on driving revenue retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction by guiding the team to meet regional targets. As a player-coach, you will be hands-on with supporting team members in account strategies and building value-based relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coach a team of CSMs focused on renewal and expansion
- Set clear performance goals and accountability measures
- Deliver accurate renewal and expansion forecasts
- Act as a customer advocate and own escalations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS/Edtech
- Proven track record of meeting revenue and retention targets
- Experience managing complex customer needs
