Job Description
We operate in the construction and residential/commercial contracting sector. This role supports client-facing operations by managing inbound/outbound communications, appointment scheduling, and lead qualification for field teams. The position is fully remote.
Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls
- Qualify leads and schedule inspections
- Update and maintain customer records in CRM
- Resolve routine customer inquiries about estimates and billing
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a remote call center
- Experience with CRM or ticketing platforms
- Familiarity with cloud-based contact center tools
