Talent Acquisition Partner, Life Sciences
Job Description
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to hiring leaders across scientific, technical, and corporate functions within our U.S. organization. This role offers end-to-end ownership of recruitment, influence on hiring strategy, and candidate experience management in a global CRO environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the recruitment process from requisition intake through onboarding
- Consult with leaders on role scoping, market trends, and hiring strategies
- Provide guidance on compensation recommendations and lead offer negotiations
- Source and engage top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Track and report key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of recruitment experience, including at least 3 years as an internal recruiter
- Proven experience recruiting scientific and technical talent within pharmaceutical or biotech environments
