New Product Development Chef
Job Description
Physically preparing, developing and executing bespoke recipes. Responsible for Café recipe SOP creation and training operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute bespoke recipes
- Manage and track all NPD costs
- Populate recipe costs, calorie counts, and allergen info
- Train operations team on recipe SOPs
- Standardize MEP station set up in cafes
- Coordinate with Brand Chef for photography briefs
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years working in high end restaurants or 5-star hotels
- Experience as Senior Sous chef or Head chef positions
