Job Description

Physically preparing, developing and executing bespoke recipes. Responsible for Café recipe SOP creation and training operations teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute bespoke recipes
  • Manage and track all NPD costs
  • Populate recipe costs, calorie counts, and allergen info
  • Train operations team on recipe SOPs
  • Standardize MEP station set up in cafes
  • Coordinate with Brand Chef for photography briefs

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years working in high end restaurants or 5-star hotels
  • Experience as Senior Sous chef or Head chef positions
