Store Manager
Job Description
Responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the store, ensuring a seamless and positive shopping experience, maintaining store standards, achieving financial targets and relaying feedback about customers and products.
Responsibilities
- Drive the store team to achieve targets and KPIs
- Ensure store shrinkage is less than 0.2%
- Conduct regular financial and stock audits
- Maintain VM standards in the store
- Manage employee records and rosters
- Oversee opening and closing procedures
- Monitor and manage store expenses and budgets
- Recruit, train, and develop a sales team
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in customer centric role with management experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or related field preferred
