Human Resources Business Partner
Job Description
The HR Business Partner will be a member of a business unit and or functional leadership team and serve as a key business partner to provide strategic and tactical human resources leadership. This role will partner with other HR processes such as talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, organizational effectiveness and benefits.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the business strategy by helping identify and build organizational capabilities
- Drive Human Resources strategies consistent with the business mission
- Facilitate change and strengthen organizational alignment
- Ensure alignment between strategic goal setting and performance management
- Build effective relationships of trust and credibility with internal customers
- Succession planning and identifying high potential performers
- Partner with assigned business leaders to facilitate change
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration and/or Human Resources
- 5-7 years of HR experience with 5 + years of HR Generalist/Business Partner experience
- PHR/SHRM-CP preferred
- Ability to develop clear, actionable steps from overall strategy
- In-depth knowledge of human resources trends and practices
- Excellent communication, presentation and persuasion skills
- Strong Analytical skills
- Ability to travel up to 10 - 20% of the time
