Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site Executive Chef role located in Qatar. The Executive Chef will manage daily kitchen operations and develop innovative menus for a major hospitality portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily kitchen operations
- Oversee food preparation and culinary standards
- Develop innovative menus
- Train and lead the kitchen team
- Maintain food safety and hygiene compliance
- Manage inventory and cost control
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts preferred
- Previous experience of 10 Years as a head Chef or Executive Chef
- 5 stars Hotel Exposure is required
