Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site Executive Chef role located in Qatar. The Executive Chef will manage daily kitchen operations and develop innovative menus for a major hospitality portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily kitchen operations
  • Oversee food preparation and culinary standards
  • Develop innovative menus
  • Train and lead the kitchen team
  • Maintain food safety and hygiene compliance
  • Manage inventory and cost control

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts preferred
  • Previous experience of 10 Years as a head Chef or Executive Chef
  • 5 stars Hotel Exposure is required
