Job Description
The Assistant Spa Manager provides leadership and management for the Spa Department. Duties include supervising the team, developing treatments or concepts, and ensuring company luxury standards are consistently applied.
Responsibilities
- Identify needs for career development of team members
- Interview, train, schedule, and monitor Spa team performance
- Keep up-to-date records on Spa department employees
- Develop operation manuals and implement training programs
- Ensure standards of personal appearance and hygiene are met
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years experience in hotel rooms operations
- At least one year in a supervisory/management role
- Candidates with a degree in hospitality are preferred
