Responsibilities
- Drive recruitment efforts
- Conduct competency HR interviews
- Advise managers in resolving employee relations
- Prepare monthly payroll instructions
- Maintain HRIS database
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR
- 5+ years in HR function with 2 years People management experience
- Full understanding of KSA Labor Law
