Maintenance Engineer T&I - EXPAT
Job Description
The Maintenance Engineer - T & I is responsible for Turnaround Management including planning and execution in the Oil & Gas Downstream sector (Refining & Petrochemicals). The role involves leading risk management workshops, conducting scope challenges, and reviewing deliverables during the turnaround life cycle to provide recommendations for improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead or conduct risk management workshop for turnarounds for different facilities
- Assist / Conduct scope challenge workshop for turnarounds
- Review the progress and quality of the deliverables during the turnaround life cycle
- Assist / Review Key Performance Indicators for turnarounds
- Lead turnaround assurance review or cold-eye review
- Develop and coordinate maintenance programs, procedures and systems
- Participate in major Turnaround & Inspection (T&Is) and emergency plant shutdowns
- Evaluate and review design packages for small projects
- Lead the planning, procurement and execution of expense projects
Qualifications
- BS in Mechanical
- PMP certification is preferred
- FE, PE, API, NACE or ASME certifications preferred
