Job Description
Advanced Formwork Co. Ltd (Doka Saudi Arabia) is seeking a career-driven Regional Business Development Manager for Residential & Housing Projects. This role involves identifying market opportunities and growing sales for monolithic construction solutions and aluminium formwork in the Middle East and Africa. You will report to the Head of Sales Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Cultivate new business relationships to drive growth
- Drive sales turnover by acquiring new customers
- Present company and product solutions
- Manage projects across MEA including cost planning and tender pricing
- Conduct strategic market reviews
- Provide training to sales teams on residential project-related products
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or Engineering (Civil/ Mechanical)
- Minimum of five years' experience in a similar management role
- Project management experience with residential or mixed developments
- Proficient with Monolithic and System Formworks
- Strong commercial business acumen
- Excellent proficiency in English
- Willingness to travel (up to 60% of the time)
