Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales – GCC professional to lead end-to-end sales function for its Procurement Solutions vertical, with a strong focus on GCC and global markets. This role requires a senior sales leader with proven enterprise solution selling experience, strong strategic thinking, and deep relationships with procurement and supply chain decision-makers. The role will drive revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships while positioning the company as a trusted procurement technology partner across industries.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the overall sales strategy for Procurement Solutions across GCC and global markets
  • Own revenue growth, sales targets, and market penetration objectives
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing enterprise sales team
  • Develop and execute annual business plans with defined KPIs and performance metrics
  • Position Powerweave competitively against platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, and Jaggaer
  • Identify and expand presence across FMCG, Manufacturing, Government, and Semi-Government sectors
  • Build strategic alliances with system integrators, consulting firms, and technology partners
  • Identify untapped market opportunities and tailor solutions to regional procurement needs
  • Represent Powerweave at procurement summits, industry forums, and technology conferences
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles involving CPOs, CFOs, CIOs, and Heads of Procurement
  • Act as a trusted advisor on procurement transformation and digital adoption initiatives
  • Oversee proposal development, contract negotiations, and deal closures
  • Partner with Customer Success and Delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and account growth
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Delivery teams on go-to-market strategies
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline visibility, and leadership reporting
  • Build and lead a performance-driven sales organization
  • Establish sales enablement practices, performance reviews, and development programs
  • Foster a results-oriented, high-accountability sales culture

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 10–16 years of B2B enterprise sales experience
  • 12+ years in senior sales leadership or regional head roles
  • Proven experience selling procurement solutions, ERP, or digital transformation platforms
  • Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling enterprise sales teams
  • Experience managing large enterprise deal cycles and revenue ownership
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
