Job Description
The HR Executive is responsible for managing and supporting the company’s human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, compliance with UAE labor laws, and day-to-day HR operations. The role ensures smooth HR processes while supporting business growth and workforce development.
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies, and procedures
- Process visas, labor cards, Emirates ID, and related government documentation
- Coordinate with PROs and government authorities (MOHRE, GDRFA, Tasheel, etc.)
- Support payroll preparation, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, leave, and employment conditions
- Assist in performance management processes and employee evaluations
- Support disciplinary actions, warnings, and grievance handling
- Maintain HR reports, employee databases, and trackers
- Support Emiratization requirements and related documentation where applicable
- Assist management with HR planning and manpower requirements
