Job Description
As Chef de Partie, you are responsible to take care of the daily food preparation and duties assigned to meet the set standard and qualities. Prepare the daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the main kitchen. Instruct and lead subordinates through their daily requirements.
Responsibilities
- Prepare daily mis-en-place and food production
- Coordinate tasks with the Sous Chef
- Train subordinates on a daily basis
- Maintain cleanliness and cost control in the section
Qualifications
- Similar experience in a luxury hotel
- A business-related degree or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of English
