Senior Sales Manager
Job Description
This role is part of the Sales Operations and Market Strategy & Planning job family. This job family plays a crucial role in driving sales growth and optimizing our market strategy. They work closely with other teams to ensure alignment and execution of our sales strategies. The Category/Sector/Channel MS&P role is a key contributor to the execution of business strategies. This role is responsible for enabling Sales teams to deliver NOS, share, and productivity targets.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to and execute strategies in team / organization
- Identify and lead developments of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products
- Collaborate effectively within immediate team or work domain to maximize job impact and personal learning
- Accomplish tasks as an individual contributor with limited supervision
- Develop knowledge and skills necessary for current job requirements
- Awareness of relevant external (legal, tax) and internal stewardship requirements and act accordingly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Proven experience in sales operations or market strategy planning
