Job Description
Beebolt is a dynamic, fast-scaling technology company building the collaboration and intelligence infrastructure for the world’s most critical supply chains. As a UI/UX Designer at Beebolt, you will be responsible for shaping intuitive, elegant, and data-driven user experiences for Conductor™. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex supply chain intelligence into clear, usable, and visually compelling interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web-based applications and dashboards
- Translate complex data and workflows into clear, usable UX patterns and visual designs
- Conduct user research, usability testing and feedback analysis to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs
- Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides and UI components
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a UI / UX Designer for web or SaaS products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and problem-solving skills
- Experience working closely with engineers in an agile environment
