Project Manager – Event & Exhibition (KSA) - Freelance
Job Description
We’re seeking an experienced Freelance – Project Manager with proven expertise in events and exhibitions management across Saudi Arabia. This role oversees the full project lifecycle—from concept planning and client liaison to on-site execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end execution of events, exhibitions, and corporate activations
- Coordinate closely with clients, suppliers, designers, and contractors
- Prepare detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Oversee production and logistics workflows
- Conduct site inspections and supervision during installation
- Manage vendor negotiations
- Compile post-event reports and performance analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing exhibitions, events, or brand activations within KSA or the GCC region
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
