Sunreef Yachts is seeking a Marketing Executive Assistant to work directly with the Director of Marketing in a fast-paced, international luxury environment. This role is highly operational and execution-focused. The successful candidate will handle day-to-day communications, follow-ups, coordination, and administrative execution, ensuring that priorities are acted upon, information flows correctly, and nothing falls through the cracks. This is a hands-on role requiring strong organization, discipline, confidence, and excellent communication skills. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to decision-making, managing details, and ensuring execution at a high standard.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize emails, communications, and follow-ups for the Director of Marketing.
  • Track requests, decisions, approvals, and deadlines.
  • Prepare summaries, action lists, and reminders to ensure execution.
  • Help structure the Director’s day-to-day priorities.
  • Coordinate communication across the marketing team (creative, digital, PR, events, performance, web).
  • Follow up with team members to ensure tasks are progressing.
  • Ensure instructions and priorities are clearly understood.
  • Support execution of campaigns, launches, events, and marketing initiatives.
  • Handle practical tasks such as sending emails and confirmations, collecting inputs and assets, tracking approvals, and updating schedules.
  • Prepare agendas and materials for marketing meetings.
  • Take notes and circulate action points.
  • Ensure communications are professional, clear, and aligned with Sunreef Yachts’ luxury positioning.

Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of experience in executive assistant, marketing assistant / coordinator, or project/operations support roles.
  • Experience in luxury, premium, or international environments is a strong plus.
  • Strong character and confidence to follow up and push execution.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Reliable, proactive, and disciplined.
  • Excellent written and verbal English.
  • Proficiency with email, calendars, documents, and collaboration tools.
