Job Description
Principal legal contact for leasing, asset management and residential sales matters, supporting the business across development, operational and monetisation phases.
Responsibilities
- Lead legal advisor for leasing and asset management
- Structure, negotiate, and execute complex real estate documentation
- Oversee tenant performance, defaults, and renewals
- Maintain leasing and sale contract frameworks
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience with minimum 5PQE
- Common law qualified
