Job Description
Strategy & Transactions is recruiting for a Valuations Executive to assist our clients in addressing their strategic planning, regulatory compliance, financial reporting and fair market value documentation needs. You will perform valuation calculations and analyses, as well as being involved in drafting presentations and reports.
Responsibilities
- Make technical contributions to valuation client engagements and internal projects
- Gain a thorough understanding of target businesses and markets
- Perform research and analysis of industry and sector trends
- Perform valuation calculations and analyses
- Draft presentations and reports
- Present conclusions to the team and clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting or business
- At least 3 years of related business valuation work experience
