Own end-to-end sales across global markets, selling Qureos’ AI-powered hiring solutions to HR, TA, founders, and business leaders. This role involves hunting, prospecting, and building a pipeline engine with high precision.

Responsibilities

  • Build pipeline through outbound prospecting and sequences
  • Maintain 2–3X pipeline coverage
  • Run discovery, objection handling, and demos
  • Navigate stakeholders including HR, TA leaders, and founders
  • Maintain weekly forecast accuracy
  • Provide customer feedback to product and growth teams

Qualifications

  • 4–7 years in B2B sales in SaaS, HR tech, recruitment services, or AI SaaS
  • Arabic & English fluency (mandatory)
  • Skilled in consultative selling + challenger methodology
  • Strong pipeline discipline and forecasting accuracy
