Job Description
The Coordinator - Finance is responsible for supporting the finance function by providing the relevant Head Office with timely and accurate reporting. This includes appraising and inventorying property, performing sales reconciliations, and preparing monthly operating management reports.
Responsibilities
- Appraise, evaluate, and inventory property and equipment
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly sales reconciliations
- Make sure that the required monthly accounts transactions and reports are produced on time
- Prepare the monthly operating management reports (revenue and staff cost)
- Assist the Finance Manager on forecasts and budgets preparation
- Analyse records of financial transactions to determine accuracy and completeness of entries
- Control on a monthly basis the Petty Cash
- Review the payroll pre-process and process the monthly card for staff salaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Finance, Business Administration or Commerce
- 0-2 years in a similar position
