Job Description
Responsible for the overall management, maintenance, and safety of the hotel’s physical assets. Ensure engineering systems operate efficiently and in compliance with IHG brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage all engineering and maintenance activities
- Ensure operation of MEP, HVAC, BMS, and fire & life safety systems
- Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations
- Lead and coach the engineering team
- Manage engineering department budget (CAPEX and OPEX)
- Drive energy conservation and sustainability initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related)
- Minimum 5–8 years of engineering experience with 2–3 years in a managerial role
