Job Description
As a Customer Success Specialist - Career Services, you'll work closely with our premium and elite customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service, expert guidance, and real value from Bayt.com's career solutions. This role offers growth, learning, and exposure to premium career services and digital products.
Responsibilities
- Handle premium and elite subscription activations, changes, and refunds
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and support channels
- Take full ownership of customer complaints until resolution
- Liaise with Operations and Finance teams
- Manage lead assignment using the CRM system
- Support CV evaluations and Elite cover letters
- Explain and demo Bayt.com's digital products
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell career services
