Job Description
Reporting to the Manor Club assistant manager, the Manor Club Team Leader is responsible for all aspects of guest service in the daily operation of the Manor Club Lounge and Apartment Lounge. Ensures brand standards and Food and Beverage Essentials are implemented. Performs cashiering functions and conducts Check-ins/Check-outs.
Responsibilities
- Execute food and beverage service in the lounge
- Conduct guest check-ins and check-outs
- Perform cashiering duties using Micros System
- Maintain par stocks of guest supplies
- Ensure high standards of personal presentation
