Sr. Sales Officer
Job Description
The role is responsible for achieving sales targets, identifying market opportunities, and contributing to the company’s overall commercial success. Implement approved sales plans and initiatives to increase revenue. Analyze target markets to identify new opportunities and expand the customer portfolio. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally. Prepare regular sales performance reports. Provide guidance and on-the-job training to junior colleagues. Adhere to departmental policies and processes.
