Automotive Sales Assistant – Commercial & Passenger Vehicles (Mahindra)
Job Description
IBIN AJAYAN TRADING GROUP is hiring a Sales Assistant to support the Mahindra commercial and passenger vehicle sales team. Responsibilities include handling enquiries, maintaining sales records, and providing administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, and walk-ins
- Record customer requirements and handover leads to Sales Executives
- Coordinate test drive requests and customer appointments
- Maintain customer enquiry logs and sales databases using MS Office
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly enquiry reports
- Support sales executives with documentation, filing, and coordination
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in automotive sales support or customer service
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is mandatory
