QHSSE Manager - (Tabuk)

Job Description

The QHSSE Manager oversees Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental & Security aspects within complex/attractions. Duties include audits, training, incident management, security personnel management, and coordination with local authorities.

Responsibilities

  • Implement SEVEN QHSSE standards across the complex
  • Plan and coordinate security resource allocation and budgeting
  • Act as primary point of contact for QHSSE with local authorities
  • Lead and supervise security personnel
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify threats
  • Manage audits and inspections for measures meeting standards
  • Coordinate regular emergency drills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health & Safety Management or related field
  • Professional certification: OSHA/IOSH
  • Certification in Security Management (e.g., CPP, PSP) preferred
  • 7-10 years of experience in QHSE/security management
  • At least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Experience in ISO audit programs (ISO 9001/45001)
