Job Description
The QHSSE Manager oversees Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental & Security aspects within complex/attractions. Duties include audits, training, incident management, security personnel management, and coordination with local authorities.
Responsibilities
- Implement SEVEN QHSSE standards across the complex
- Plan and coordinate security resource allocation and budgeting
- Act as primary point of contact for QHSSE with local authorities
- Lead and supervise security personnel
- Develop and implement emergency response plans
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify threats
- Manage audits and inspections for measures meeting standards
- Coordinate regular emergency drills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Health & Safety Management or related field
- Professional certification: OSHA/IOSH
- Certification in Security Management (e.g., CPP, PSP) preferred
- 7-10 years of experience in QHSE/security management
- At least 3 years in a managerial role
- Experience in ISO audit programs (ISO 9001/45001)
