Job Description
Responsible for managing and driving the overall performance of multiple retail branches within the assigned area. Ensures achievement of sales targets, operational excellence, and alignment with company strategies through effective leadership and control of store operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the performance of all branches within the assigned area
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and KPIs across all stores
- Develop and implement action plans to improve performance
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with standards
- Lead, coach, and develop branch managers
- Monitor stock levels and merchandising standards
- Control budgets and operational costs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 6–8 years of experience in retail management
- At least 3 years as an Area Manager or Multi-Store Manager
- Experience in perfumes, cosmetics, or fashion retail is preferred
- Strong leadership and people management skills
