Job Description
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to deliver an excellent candidate experience at Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus. Post advertisements, source candidates, and conduct interviews in line with Hilton global brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Respond to candidate inquiries professionally
- Manage full recruitment cycle for assigned positions
- Post job advertisements and source candidates via online platforms
- Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments
- Ensure candidate documentation and compliance records are accurate
- Support talent acquisition initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources/recruitment
- Fluent in Turkish and English
- Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office
