HR Generalist
Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist who can act as a bridge between employees and management, ensuring a positive workplace culture and smooth HR operations. The ideal candidate will be street-smart, empathetic, and adaptable.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances
- Support in implementing HR initiatives and policies
- Partner with department heads to understand manpower needs
- Assist in employee onboarding, orientation, and engagement activities
- Handle day-to-day HR operations including attendance and leave management
- Support in payroll inputs and HR data management
- Work closely on ad-hoc HR projects related to performance management and compliance
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Minimum 3–7 years of hands-on experience in HR operations or business partnering
