Human Resources Male Executive-Operations
Job Description
We are a leading Telecom & IT company seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and support business operations across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on HR operational experience, preferably within the telecom or technology sector.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, attendance, and employee records
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations (UAE / UK / KSA as applicable)
- Oversee visa processing, work permits, renewals, and employee documentation
- Implement and manage HR policies, procedures, and SOPs aligned with company standards
- Coordinate performance management, probation reviews, and employee relations matters
- Support audits by maintaining accurate HR records and reports
- Work closely with management to support manpower planning and workforce operations
- Manage HR systems (HRMS), employee files, and data accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5–8 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in a Telecom or IT environment
- Experience handling multi-country HR operations is an advantage
- HR Operations: 2 years (Preferred)
