Job Description
Welcome customers, receive vehicles, and open repair orders. Evaluate interventions, track progress, propose quotes, and ensure parts follow-up in the automotive sector.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers by phone
- Receive vehicles and open repair orders
- Evaluate interventions and validate quotes
- Track progress of work and deadlines
- Check and return vehicles after repair
- Process invoices and carry out customer follow-ups
Qualifications
- Diploma Bac +2 / Bac +3 in commerce, sales, or equivalent field
- Experience desired in a similar automotive after-sales position
