Civil Supervisor - Interior fitout
Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Civil Supervisor with a strong background in interior fit-out projects. You will be responsible for overseeing daily site activities, managing skilled labor, and ensuring that all civil and finishing works are executed according to approved drawings, timelines, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site operations for interior fit-out projects
- Coordinate and manage a team of skilled workers
- Monitor progress on-site for schedule and budget compliance
- Interpret technical drawings and ensure execution as per specifications
- Conduct site inspections to maintain high-quality finishing
- Oversee material delivery and efficient use
- Ensure adherence to HSE standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Civil Supervisor in UAE Interior Fit-Out
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
