Marketing And Business Development Coordinator
Job Description
The Business Development & Marketing Coordinator is responsible to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Business Development team & Marketing team by coordinating documentation, managing partner onboarding processes, maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process sales documents, contracts, and proposals
- Maintain and update sales databases and records.
- Manage the onboarding and registration process for new agencies
- Gather all necessary documents and invoices from partners for commission eligibility
- Handle all reimbursement claims and follow-up with the Finance department
- Oversee video shoot requests and ensure that no scheduling conflicts arise
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in sales & marketing administration
- Experience in Real Estate developer industry is a must
