Administrative Assistant
Job Description
Provide administrative and secretarial support to the PRO Department, ensuring smooth operations in line with company policies. The role involves updating colleague information in government and internal systems, supporting the Public Relations Manager, and assisting the Legal team when required.
Responsibilities
- Support the Public Relations Manager with administrative tasks and scheduling
- Update colleague records in PR systems (E-PRO, E-Channel, and government platforms)
- Prepare reports and allocate visa, medical, and Emirates ID charges
- Handle confidential documents and maintain accurate filing systems
- Coordinate with HR to maintain employee records
Qualifications
- Higher Secondary Certificate or equivalent
- UAE National
- 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative or secretarial role
