Job Description
We’re looking for a professional who can take ownership of the entire export shipment journey and deliver operational excellence at every stage. This position is based in Alexandria.
Responsibilities
- Manage export sea freight operations
- Documentation preparation and accurate data entry
- Partner with Customer Care teams
- Build relationships with carriers and vendors
- Ensure timely and accurate billing
- Monitor operational KPIs
Qualifications
- At least 2 years in sea freight operations
- Fluency in Arabic and English
