Job Description

Marketing Director (Automotive | KSA). We are supporting a confidential search for a Marketing Director to join a global automotive OEM operating in the Middle East. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with full responsibility for the marketing function at country level. The business is in a scaling and transformation phase, with multiple new model launches planned and a strong focus on commercial performance, competitiveness, and market share growth. The role reports directly to the Managing Director and works in very close partnership with Sales and Commercial leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the national marketing strategy at country level
  • Act as a commercial marketing partner to Sales, with involvement in pricing strategy
  • Lead go-to-market strategy for new vehicle launches and lifecycle management
  • Drive volume growth and market share through effective pricing input and promotional strategy
  • Manage and optimise marketing budgets
  • Lead and develop a high-performing local marketing team
  • Own relationships with external agencies and suppliers
  • Monitor market performance, competitor activity, and consumer trends

Qualifications

  • Senior marketing leader with experience at country or national level within an automotive OEM or distributor environment
  • Strong commercial mindset, with proven involvement in pricing strategy and volume support
  • Track record of leading multiple vehicle launches and lifecycle management
  • Saudi or GCC automotive experience preferred
