Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter whose core specialty is hiring bike riders and drivers within the UAE. The ideal candidate should already maintain an active database/pool of riders and drivers and be capable of fulfilling bulk hiring requirements on short notice.
Responsibilities
- Recruit bike riders and drivers across the UAE
- Maintain and continuously update a ready pool of riders/drivers
- Conduct initial screening and shortlisting
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and documentation
- Meet monthly hiring targets and urgent client requirements
- Liaise with operations and HR teams for smooth mobilization
Qualifications
- Graduate (mandatory)
- Proven experience in recruiting bike riders and drivers in the UAE
- Knowledge of UAE hiring processes, visas, and onboarding
