Job Description

Provide white-glove lifestyle concierge services for Constructor Club members. Handle requests including travel coordination, restaurant reservations, event tickets, vendor research, and experience planning across international locations.

Responsibilities

  • Book business travel (flights, hotels) via TMC portal within company policy
  • Coordinate restaurant reservations, event tickets, ground transportation
  • Research and recommend vendors across lifestyle categories
  • Build and maintain vendor relationship database
  • Provide exceptional, proactive service to Club members
  • Document member preferences and maintain service quality standards

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years experience in concierge, hospitality, executive assistant, or premium customer service
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) - MANDATORY
  • Excellent communication skills and professional demeanour
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with technology (Microsoft 365, CRM systems, booking platforms)
  • Problem-solving mindset and resourcefulness
